A Holiday Donation To The Guelph Food Bank

58 Kilos of Food Collected This year Royal City Realty sales representatives, Margo Winton and Julianne Pettigrew led efforts to collect food for the Guelph Food Bank. For the past few days food donations have been coming in from the agents at our Speedvale office. An astounding 58 kilos of food was collected for families in our local community and dropped off to support them during the holidays.   Guelph Food Bank Through the support of the Guelph Food Bank’s programs, it is able to assist local individuals who vary in age, social-economic and ethnic backgrounds. Due to elements beyond their control, such as illness, crisis, economic conditions and the cost of living, individuals and families in our community may find themselves unable to feed themselves or their families. During the holidays, it is especially crucial for us to give what we can to support our community. If you’d like to learn more about the Guelph Food Bank, it’s programs and how you can get involved, visit www.guelphfoodbank.ca.

How To Sell Your House When You Work From Home

If you identify with any of these categories, you’re probably extremely familiar with the importance of having a functional work space. So what happens when you’re selling your home? Whether you’re self-employed or a telecommuter, the work has to get done. So it’s smart to take some time to think about the logistics of selling your home. How will you handle open houses, showings and keeping your house tidy? Let us help. Here are a few ways you can have a productive work day AND sell your home. 1. Set realistic expectations. The first obvious expectation to have is that people are going to have to walk through your house. It’s what has to be done to sell it. So prepare yourself for the possibility of a few last-minute showings. The best thing you can do is communicate with your REALTOR® from the start. The key is to let your REALTOR® know …
